FLEX: To ensure the best learning environment, students who request to use the library will need to fill out the form above in order to give librarians time to fill out the passes. Students will need to pick up the pass the morning of their flex, then their teacher will need to sign it. When students come to check in, the library will email the teachers to let them know when the students entered the library.
Although there are no overdue fines, if your book is 3 months late, we will assume the book is lost and charge you for the book. If you feel there is an error, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
