Cap & Gown Curbside Pick-Up

 
Balfour representatives will be at Osbourn Park on Tuesday, May 19, to do a curbside pickup of caps, gowns, tassels, and other graduation items ordered through their company.  Distribution will be from 9am - 1pm with a staggered distribution, based on the students last name. 

9am - 10am -Last names A-F 
10am - 11am - Last names G-M
11am - 12pm - Last names N-R
12pm - 1pm - Last names S-Z

Distribution will occur in the bus loop in front of the building. Parents or students should remain in their vehicles upon arrival and have their ID’s ready to be checked to receive their order. 

Please contact Balfour with any questions about your order. Mrs. Walton, our Graduation Coordinator, is also available to answer questions about the distribution. 

 Mandatory Graduation Practices

Class of 2020 Yard Signs
Show your graduate and your neighborhood how proud you are of your student’s accomplishment by purchasing a 24” x 18” OPHS Class of 2020 yard sign. The yard signs are waterproof and durable and come with a double pronged yard stake. You will not only be showing your support of your student, but also supporting the Class of 2020 PTSO Scholarship Fund.  Class of 2020 signs are $20.00 each. Click here to download the print only yard sign order form. Video Order Information: Memories Videography will be videotaping our ceremony. Click here to download the print only order form or click this link to order online.

Photo Information: Victor O'Neil Studios will be photographing the ceremony and the graduates. Visit the Victor O'Neil Studios website to view and order photographs.

Graduation Decorum: All students are required to wear their blue cap and gown ordered through Balfour. Caps may be decorated, but must be two-dimensional and must be pre-approved by an administrator at one of the two graduation practices. Ladies should wear dress clothes (dresses, skirts, or dress slacks are acceptable. Dress shoes should also be worn. Keep in mind that you will be walking up a ramp and down stairs when choosing your shoes. Gentlemen should wear dress slacks, dress shirts and dress shoes. Ties are optional.
