The FAFSA and VASA open OCTOBER 1st! Even if you do not believe you will be awarded money, you must fill this out for college applications to consider you for scholarships, grants, and aid from the university or college itself. The link to the FAFSA is here: https://studentaid.gov/

The Jefferson Scholars and Walentas Foundation (UVA) scholarship process is open. Interested students must submit a letter of interest and a teacher or counselor recommendation by October 21st to Mrs. Jaeger. The Scholarship Committee will select the one students name to be sent forward for each scholarship. Jefferson and Walentas Scholarships provide the entire cost of attendance at the University of Virginia and many supplemental enrichment experiences. The total value of each Scholarship exceeds $293,000 for non-Virginian students and $157,000 for Virginia students. Please note that the Walentas Scholarship is only open for first generation students, whereas the Jefferson Scholarship is open to any student who qualifies. For more information, click HERE.
