Need Tech Support?

Tech support is divided into instructional and hardware support.

Hardware Support: If you require hardware or basic software troubleshooting support, send an email to techsupport@pwcs.edu describing the problem and our Technology Support Specialist (TSSpec) will contact you. Examples are provided below but are not limited to only the following:

  • Damage to OPHS laptop
  • Internet access at home or school
  • Account access at home or school
  • Locating/downloading PWCS software
  • Password support or locked student accounts

Instructional Support: If you require instructional software support please complete the form below and our Instructional Technology Coach (ITC) will contact you. Examples are provided below but are not limited to only the following:

  • Canvas
  • Clever
  • Excel
  • Flipgrid
  • Nearpod
  • Office365
