Bee in the Know

Week of May 1, 2022

It's hard to believe that it's already May. Spring can be a very stressful time for students. These final weeks will go quickly as we prepare for SOLs, AP tests, and the end of the school year. We urge parents to use ParentVue to monitor their student's progress as the school year draws to a close. If you have any questions, please contact your student's teachers and/or counselor. We have come so far over the past year, and we could not have done it without our students, the determination of our staff, and the support from our families. Thank you for all you have done to help ensure our students continue to learn and grow.

Students who are testing should report to their testing area on time with two #2 pencils, 2 blue or black ink pens and a photo ID. Students are not allowed to have any electronic items such as cell phone, computer, or smart watch. Only calculators for specific tests will be allowed. Your AP teacher should be able to assist with the type of calculator to use for specific AP tests. Those students with accommodations will be given their testing site by Tuesday, May 3, 2022, via school email. A snack and water may be kept in students' backpacks and may be eaten during the break. Good luck to everyone who is testing!
