Week of June 12, 2022
This past weekend we celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2022. It is always a joy to see our students achieve such an important milestone. Senior Class, we wish you the best in your future endeavors. To our underclassmen, we are in the final stretch of the school year and gearing up for a strong finish to our final exam week. We are amazed by the resiliency of our students and how well they adjusted to the return of face-to-face instruction this year. We have come so far over the past year, and we could not have done it without the willingness of our students, the determination of our staff, and the support from our families. Thank you for all you have done to help ensure our students continue to learn and grow. We look forward to welcoming you back at the start of next school year!
Important Dates for Underclassmen
- June 13: Exams periods 3 and 7; 11:30 am student dismissal (No lunch served)
- June 14: Exams periods 4 and 5; 11:30 am student dismissal (No lunch served)
- June 14: Locker cleanout at 11:45 am
- June 15: Final exam period 1; 10:00 student dismissal (No lunch served)
Summer School
All PWCS Summer School programs will be in-person.
- All PWCS summer academic programs will be held Monday-Friday.
- July 4 is an observed holiday.
- Transportation will be provided (please see the Summer School Transportation Information).
- Students may only register for one academic program.
Registration Window: Monday, March 1, 2022 - Wednesday, June 15, 2022
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) Must Complete Summer School Registration In ParentVUE.
Late Registration
Late registration opens Monday, June 20, 2022, and closes Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Late registration is also limited to academic program.
Virtual Prince William Summer 2022 Session
Session Dates:
June 27, 2022 - August 5, 2022
Summer Registration:
Summer Registration will open on March 1, 2022 @ 9:00am and close on June 15, 2022 @ 9:00am. In order to register, please visit the Virtual Prince William webpage
Summer Tuition:
- Current PWC Students - $470.00 per course
- There will be an additional charge of $35 for Driver Ed for students who are registering for HPE 2.
- Non-PWC Students - $705.00 per course
Immunization Requirement
The deadline for students to meet the immunization requirement for mandatory immunizations for public school enrollment is August 19, 2022. If proof of the required immunizations is not provided by August 19, 2022, the student will be excluded from school starting August 22, 2022, until the required immunization documentation has been provided to the school.
