Baseball tryouts will be after school today due to the updated forecast. Report to the field after school by 2:30.

Fiber Art Club will meet Tuesday the 25th after school until 3:15 in room 3038. Cross-stitching and knitting will be available.

English Honor Society will provide tutoring in room 3038 on Thursday the 27th from 2;30 until 3:15. Members should arrive at 12:15 and expect to stay the full hour.

Girls Who Code will be meeting on Wednesday, February 26th in the Collaboration Space from 2:15 to 3:15.

Congratulations to Jacob Musser for winning the Talent Show last Friday night. Elvis is still in the building.

Get your yearbook before it’s too late! February 28th is the deadline to your yearbook at a discounted price. Block 1 class that purchases the most yearbooks by the deadline will receive a donut party.

Attention Juniors: This is the last week for after school Writing SOL Review. Tuesday, 2/25 will be in room 2006. Thursday, 2/27, the session will be in room 2112. See your English teacher for more information.

Make sure to bring some money for hot chocolate and cookies after school Tuesday February 25th. This will help support Humanity First raise money for relief efforts.

Come out and support your Lady Jackets basketball team tonight as they host visiting Colonial Forge High School in a second-round regional matchup. Game starts at 7:00 pm.

There is NO debate/forensics team meeting Tuesday. We will have a brief meeting on Thursday.

A cappella will meet this Wednesday after school. All members should plan to attend or communicate conflicts in advance to Mrs. Baum.

Book club will meet in the library during lunch to discuss Heart in the Body of the World. Come to the back of the library with your lunch to join the discussion. Feel free to come even if you haven’t read the book.

Attention rising juniors and seniors: Are you interested in policy and improving your school and county? You can apply to be a county student rep. Applications are due online on March 13th at 9 pm. Please see your social studies teacher for more information.

Club photos will take place on Thursday and Friday this week in the auditorium. See your club sponsor to pick up a pass for your assigned photo time by the end of the day on Wednesday.

Model UN will be meeting Thursday in room 3039. We will continue to go over skills and discuss upcoming conferences.

NHS SENIORS will meet after school Monday, March 2nd. JUNIORS will meet Monday, March 9th.

National Foreign Language Week is March 4th-10th. The French, Spanish, and Latin Honor Societies are planning a school wide scavenger hunt and the winner will receive a prize! Hints will be given through the announcements. If you are interested in participating, make sure to get a form from any of the World Languages teachers.

Come out and support your Lady Jackets tonight as they look to capture their first regional championship in 10 years. They travel to battle rival Colgan for the Regional Title. Game starts at 7pm tonight.

Manassas National Battlefield Park is looking for students 15-18 years old for summer work and internships with the Youth Conservation Corps. See Ms. Salvo for application information.
