Dear Parents/Guardians:

Based on our current student enrollment, projections of additional students for next year and our desire to provide enough space for the educational needs of students, the School Division will be installing 4 portable classrooms at our school site this summer.

The Office of Facilities Services is in the process of determining the best location on our school site for the new portable classrooms. Some of the factors affecting where the portable classrooms will be placed include student safety, accessibility to the school building, and proximity to restrooms, electrical, and other required services.

The new portable classrooms will be moved to the school property in late June/early July, and set up for use before late August. As with all portable classroom installations, this is a temporary measure until permanent accommodations can be made.
